If you cancel within 2 weeks of the programme, we may issue a 10% refund and return of workshop materials. CERT Events Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change or cancel the programme due to extreme circumstances. Although every effort will be made to inform participants in good time, they will not be liable for any non-refundable expenses such as airfare or hotel costs.
